1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us when registering for the vault service, listing your verification firm, or joining the partner program. This includes company name, contact email, and payment details.

2. Vault Document Privacy

Your confidential production data stays on your device. When you upload a verification statement to the vault, the SHA-256 hash is computed in your browser. The document itself is never transmitted to our servers. We only store the resulting hash, metadata, and vault URL.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve our services, process transactions, and send related information including confirmations and invoices.

4. International Transfer of Personal Information

The website is hosted on Cloudflare's global network. The publisher entity is LinkDaddy® LLC, a US entity registered in Florida. Personal information submitted via this site (such as contact form messages) is processed in the United States. The United States is a recognised jurisdiction for adequate protection under POPIA Section 72(2)(a) when the responsible party has appropriate contractual safeguards in place. LinkDaddy® LLC has implemented standard contractual clauses with all data sub-processors.
