2. Description of Service

embeddedcarbonrecord.com is an independent reference publication and document vault operated by LinkDaddy® LLC. We provide a directory of ISO 14065 accredited CBAM verification services and a SHA-256 hashed document vault for non-EU manufacturers exporting to the EU.

3. Disclaimer of Affiliation

embeddedcarbonrecord.com is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the European Commission, any EU member state authority, or any national accreditation body. CBAM compliance remains the sole responsibility of the importer of record.

4. Vault Service

The vault service provides a cryptographic hash of your uploaded document. We do not verify the accuracy or truthfulness of the document's contents. The hash serves only as proof that the document existed in that exact form at the time of registration.

5. Limitation of Liability

LinkDaddy® LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to any CBAM penalties, fines, or delayed shipments.
